i think so, yes. those guys are Illusion Softworks, and add Take 2 to this (GTA!) and it's a great game.

Yes, Illusion Softworks are still working on it, which are the developers of Mafia "1".

Tell me atleast 10 good games, which's second releases have been better than the first. It's good that the Czechs are making it, hopefully not for the money. I believe that Take 2 only produces it.

Following games (game series) have either improved their games or kept the quality up.

Settlers
Half life
Call of Duty
Total War
C&C games are all great (haven't played some expansion) except the last one, haven't played that one.
Super Mario
Sim Citys
The Sims

That's some. though the last game I wouldn't call a Good games myself, but lots of people do

now don't say "Half life 1 pwns HL2! you're wrong!" It's just different opinions, but they all kept the quality up.. (some exceptions, like settlers 5 in my opinion
