After receiving numerous positive reviews from regular members of the community and team members, we have decided that removing the blog and adding a portal instead would be a good move. Many said it allows a more community-friendly environment whereas with the blog, people would never visit the forums. And it is proven to be true. I have received multiple queries on IMs where people would ask where they could find the forums, when the link was just at their right. Furthermore, I have allowed regular members to post in Newspaper threads, which allows users-who-miss-the-blog to keep the same 'atmosphere'.
I am sure many hoped they would get some news on Mafia Multiplayer, and we understand that you may be disappointed. However, like I've said to a few fellas already, near the end of June, Mafia Multiplayer will start getting some good progress. Last but not least, you have to understand that exams are important!

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to announce that we are now officially running on 3.7.1 which means a lot of new features, and security fixes. It also means a lot more stress( ). Seriously though, too many new features, this feels like it's the first time I'm using vBulletin.
Unfortunately, we had to remove the old dark skin because it simply wasn't compatible with 3.7.1 or if you prefer, newest version of vBulletin. However, I will try to get a new similar skin up as soon as possible. You are now browsing with the default vBulletin skin. I also have to inform you that all modifications were removed as well, because of the same reason; incompatibility.
Anyways, here's a great thread about 3.7 that explains most of its features.

Due to exams taking up almost all December and happy days of Christmas with our families and friends, we're just currently unable to make the deadline (as many feared). Not everything is synced like we wanted it to be, and the thing we needed most, namely "respawning" has not been found by any of us. How many days it is going to take to get this, is unknown, and impossible to "guess", like we've learned before.
So we're truly sorry we couldn't make this release. There is currently a list of things that is not done yet, that we all think are crucial to a good multiplayer game and experience that holds the release back.
Sorry.
And it was of course, very stupid to promise a release like this.
